About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead the development and implementation of our payments modernization strategy across Asia South and JANA clusters. This key role will be responsible for driving business growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction through effective product management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and champion a product vision that aligns with overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine optimal approach for implementing functional strategy.
  • Prioritize and manage product roadmap to ensure alignment with business objectives and market demands.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, safeguarding clients, assets, and company reputation.
Execution & Delivery:
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams throughout development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and validation.
  • Analyze, manage, iterate, and track performance of features post-launch, optimizing for user experience and business impact.
Team & Stakeholder Management:
  • Lead and mentor multiple teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate with internal stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of relevant experience, including 8-10+ years in managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record of success in payments industry, with deep understanding of ISO messaging standards and competitive landscape.
  • Expertise in Design Thinking methodology and practical experience applying it to product development.
