Modern Payments Specialist

About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the modernization of our payments system, focusing on specific markets and payment schemes.
- You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, defining desired product features and translating requirements into actionable EPICs.
- A key aspect of this role is ensuring timely mitigation of risks and establishing periodic governance for Asia initiatives.
- You will be responsible for business readiness, coordinating with stakeholders to secure critical internal and external approvals for project launch.
- Develop innovative solutions to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and automate processes.
- Collect customer and stakeholder input for technical requirements and product priorities.
- Maintain close connections with country and cluster stakeholders during execution phases.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize, implement, and validate requirements.
- Conduct Client Impact Assessments and facilitate Client Communication/Webinars to build awareness about upcoming changes.
- Identify and perform gap analysis on current product offerings and future states.
- Manage Risk and Control stakeholders, keeping them informed about progress.
- Assess cross-project impacts and resolve issues hindering progress.
- Understand Citi's Payments ecosystem beyond Onepay and align with partners for deliverables.
- Analyze, manage, iterate, and track feature success in production.
- Participate in test result walkthroughs as an approver.
- Manage project governance tasks in PTS for Onepay implementation.
- Engage in process and quality improvement activities, including sprint and release retrospectives.
