RMA Lab Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled RMA Engineering Technician to join our team.
- As an RMA Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for managing overall RMA lab activities, supporting day-to-day RMA evaluation/testing activities requested by RMA engineering, and resolving setup issues to ensure a good RMA evaluation environment.
This role involves working collaboratively with other regional engineers on remote RMA debug sessions, requiring strong understanding of system-level testing and associated testing instruments/equipment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience working with different ATE testers and peripherals, as well as hands-on experience with bench setups and testing using various instruments (e.g., oscilloscope, power supply, RF instrument). Familiarity with system-level testing setups (Power, RF, etc.) and experience in semiconductor assembly, SMT, and packaging is also preferred.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Setting up and testing RMA devices according to engineer's instructions.
- Supporting remote access requests through phone, emails, and online systems.
- Performing test hardware order, buy-off, debug, and repair.
- Coordinating and executing equipment relocation.
- Managing day-to-day RMA bench utilization and tracking RMA parts used in testing.
- Maintaining RMA benches and equipment/instrument in the RMA lab.
