RMA Engineering Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled RMA Engineering Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall RMA lab activities, supporting day-to-day RMA evaluation/testing activities, and resolving setup issues.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in working with ATE testers and peripherals, as well as hands-on experience with various electronic instruments. They will also possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup and test RMA devices according to engineer's instructions.
  • Support remote access requests through phone, emails, and online systems.
  • Perform test hardware orders, buy-offs, debugging, and repairs.
  • Coordinate equipment relocation and perform PM, calibration, and repair of test floor equipment.
Required Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with various electronic instruments, including Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, VNA, Oscilloscope, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with bench setups and testing with different instruments.
