We are seeking a skilled RMA Engineering Professional to join our team.

Job Description

The RMA Engineering Technician plays a crucial role in setting up and testing RMA devices according to engineer instructions. This involves supporting remote access requests, performing test hardware orders, buying off new equipment, debugging, and repairing.

In addition to setup and testing, the RMA Engineering Technician is responsible for coordinating and executing equipment relocation, including incoming and outgoing equipment. They also perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair of Test Floor equipment and benches instruments as needed.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day RMA bench utilization for testing according to priorities, tracking and controlling RMA parts used in testing, and maintaining RMA benches and equipment/instrument in the RMA lab.

Technical expertise required includes at least 2 years' working experience on different ATE testers and peripherals, hands-on experience on bench setups and testing with various instruments, and familiarity with system-level testing setups and semiconductor industry processes.

Required skills/knowledge include strong communication skills, automotive systems knowledge, electronic test equipment proficiency, hands-on lab skills, and knowledge of preventive maintenance, electronics engineering, troubleshooting, and workplace safety.
