RMA Equipment Specialist Role

Are you an expert in lab activities looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RMA equipment specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setup and testing of RMA devices, remote access support, and equipment relocation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Setup and Test Equipment: The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and testing RMA equipment according to engineer's instructions.
  • Remote Support: They will provide remote access support through phone, email, and online system.
  • Test Hardware Order and Repair: The candidate will perform test hardware order, buy-off, debug, and repair.
  • Equipment Relocation: They will coordinate equipment relocation, including incoming and outgoing.
  • Maintenance: The RMA equipment specialist will maintain RMA benches and equipment/instrument in the RMA lab.

Requirements:

  • ATE Tester Experience: At least 2 years' working experience on different ATE testers and peripherals is required.
  • Bench Testing Expertise: Hands-on experience on bench setups and testing with various instruments is essential.
  • System Level Testing Knowledge: Familiarity with system level testing setups and semiconductor industry processes is necessary.

Tech Expertise:

  • Advantest/Teradyne Testers: Advantest/Teradyne testers knowledge is required.
  • Bench Instruments: Bench instrument (oscilloscope, power supply, RF instrument etc.) expertise is necessary.
  • System Level Testing: System level testing setup (Power, RF etc.) knowledge is required.
