Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage portfolio transfers and securities transfer in the global markets.

The successful candidate will work closely with our business team to coordinate client transfers, ensure relevant approvals are obtained, and provide seamless services to front office.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is proficient in managing daily requests for security transfer from initiation to completion.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth transitions of client assets and performing end-of-day control checks.

You will also be required to manage stock and cash breaks, handle exceptions as per the exception handling framework, and provide value-added services to our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in securities transfers/settlements
  • Able to start work on short notice
