Job Title: Portfolio Transfer Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Portfolio Transfer Coordinator.

Job Description:

The Portfolio Transfer Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transfer of client assets from one portfolio to another. This involves working closely with various teams, including Front Office and Support staff, to ensure that all transfers are completed efficiently and accurately.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of securities transfers and settlements, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to work effectively under time pressure and make decisions independently.

The role will involve maintaining close liaison with custodians, counterparties, and internal departments to ensure seamless services to front office. The candidate will also be responsible for managing daily requests for security transfer from initiation to completion.

They will maintain accurate records and perform end-of-day control checks to ensure exception handling is done as per the exception handling framework. The candidate will also be required to identify process gaps and suggest solutions to improve productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma holder with 2-3 years of experience in Private Bank Operations, specifically in Securities Transfers or Securities Settlements.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Client-oriented mindset.
  • Meticulous and good team player.
