Asset Transfer Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Asset Transfer Specialist to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for performing authentication controls over securities transfers requests, ensuring documentation completeness and accuracy, and adhering to regulations, guidelines, standards, and policies.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree, an understanding of the trade lifecycle, and prior experience in a similar role. They should also possess good prioritizing and multi-task skills, excellent teamwork and cross-team collaboration, and great computer skills with a willingness to learn new programs.

- Perform authentication controls over securities transfers requests
- Liaison with counterparty for custodian details and set dates for completion of transfers
- Manage exceptions promptly ensuring all asset transfers are timely & accurately processed
- Direct liaison with; and support to internal clients through hotline/advisory support
- Look into reconciliation breaks and other controls for better risk mitigation
- Engage in ad-hoc project(s) including systems change, process improvement, cross-border initiatives, new regulatory changes from requirements gathering through to implementation
