Portfolio Transfer Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced specialist to handle pre-processing checks on all transfers, coordinate with various parties and manage daily requests for security transfer from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-process and coordinate portfolio transfers
  • Closely liaise and coordinate with front office, internal departments, custodians, and counterparties
  • Timely and accurate processing of security transfer requests
  • Effectively manage and resolve failed transfers
  • Manage stock and cash breaks
  • Perform end-of-day control checks
  • Ensure exception handling is in line with the exception handling framework

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Banking and Finance
  • Have 1-3 years of experience in Private Bank Operations, especially in Securities Transfers or Securities Settlements
  • Be able to perform ad-hoc system testing
  • Possess knowledge of MS Access, Python, or Power BI as an advantage
