Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Transfer Operations Executive to join our team.

This is a contract position that requires ensuring smooth transitions of client assets and securities transfers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for pre-processing all transfers, coordinating portfolio transfers, and escalating any deviations from procedure.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with various teams to facilitate seamless transitions of client assets and securities via Letter of Undertaking.
  • Managing daily requests for security transfers from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Effectively managing and resolving failed transfers.
  • Adhering to procedures, control guidelines, market regulation, and compliance framework.

Requirements:

  • Degree in banking and finance or related field, or Diploma holder with 2-3 years' experience in Private Bank Operations, especially in Securities Transfers or Settlements.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with all staff levels.
  • Client-oriented mindset.
  • Meticulous and good team player.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward until delivery.
