Senior Manager
">Job OverviewThe role of a Senior Manager involves overseeing client relationships to retain assets and identifying cross-selling opportunities. This position also requires engaging with prospective institutional clients to grow the asset base.
">- Manage existing client relationships in South East Asia, providing overall sales coverage for new business opportunities and existing client mandates.">
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Fidelity's key investment capabilities relevant to the region and a deep working knowledge of products offered by various Fidelity-related entities.">
- Collaborate closely with global investment functions to represent Fidelity's investment capabilities across all asset classes and drive business growth.">
- Work with the RFP team to complete questionnaires and maintain and update sales databases and other relevant sources.">
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a strong commercial background.">
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a distribution role (institutional sales or client service) in the asset management or fund distribution industry preferred.">
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.">
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.">
- Strong team player with a willingness to take ownership and drive results.">
