We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced sales environment and will be able to drive business growth through strategic client management and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to support long-term business growth and retention
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client bases
- Grow sales pipelines through various leads generation, strategic sponsorships, and promotional activities
- Lead team meetings and strategy sessions to ensure alignment with company goals and continuous improvement in sales tactics
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the interior surface industry or a related field
- Minimum tertiary education preferred, with at least 5 years of B2B experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence, network, and build relationships across different client settings
- Proactive, independent, and adaptable, with a passion for driving business success
