About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Client Engagement Professional to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager - Wholesale Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the wholesale domain, driving business growth and revenue expansion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop strategic plans to meet their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive client engagement strategies, aligned with business objectives and risk appetite.
  • Credit Analysis and Loan Structuring:
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging expertise in credit analysis, loan structuring, and market knowledge.
  • Risk Management:
    • Ensure all business transactions are conducted in accordance with Rabobank's risk appetite and policies.
  • Quality/Process Optimization:
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, procedures, and processes, ensuring stakeholders are adequately informed of changes.
  • Sustainability:
    • Support clients in increasing their sustainability profile, contributing to Rabobank's goal of greening its portfolio.

Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale clients environment, preferably 2 years within a product line.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining high-quality client relationships, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.
