Service Warehouse Manager Role

This comprehensive role oversees the management of the Service Warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, monitoring, and maintaining accurate records of service inventory. Regular housekeeping and stock assessments are key responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire Service Warehouse operation.
  • Facilitate parts transfer between the service department and the main warehouse.
  • Produce monthly reports for senior management.
  • Conduct regular operational checks at the Call Centre.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with SAP B1 is beneficial but not required.

Essential Qualifications:
  • GCE O Levels or Diploma.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with SAP B1 is beneficial (training will be provided).
