End-User Desktop Support Specialist

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' end-user desktop environments.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical individuals. You will work closely with our team to provide top-notch support and ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user desktop support for multiple users running Windows, Exchange, and Office 365 environments
- Resolve level 1 and 2 support cases and work orders associated with end-user issues, physical and cloud infrastructure, and project-related tasks
- Execute basic system maintenance, including software and operating system patching, software version upgrades, and critical patch applications
- Support Active Directory, including add/remove users, password resets, Group Policy application, task scheduling
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of technical experience and education
- Excellent prioritization skills and ability to see the world through the eyes of the customer
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Operating Systems, and Active Directory
