We are seeking a Client Services Representative to provide exceptional support and create a seamless experience for our clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and client check-ins/check-outs efficiently
- Provide clear guidance on services, schedules, and facilities
- SUPPORT service flow and coordination with wellness teams
- Handle phone and WhatsApp inquiries, including rescheduling and cancellations
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Ensure smooth service usage and credit tracking through our booking platform
- Support the onboarding of new clients and explain health declarations or consent forms
Key Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles is desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
- A warm, polished, and professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts (including some Saturdays)
