Job Title: Front Desk Associate

As a key member of our front desk team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and efficient guest experiences. Your warm greeting and assistance with room check-in and reservations will set the tone for an exceptional stay.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet customers and assist with room check-in and reservations to ensure seamless and efficient guest experiences.
  • Clearly communicate KTV pricing, packages, promotions, and policies to customers, fostering a positive and informed environment.
  • Accurately process payments using cash, credit cards, mobile payments, and other accepted methods, maintaining the highest level of financial accuracy.
  • Operate POS systems, issue receipts for all transactions, and verify itemized bills and room charges before check-out, guaranteeing a smooth checkout process.
  • Address basic customer complaints or inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues as needed, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times, showcasing attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Perform shift-end cash reconciliation, ensuring accurate handover of funds and upholding high standards of accountability.
  • Coordinate with service staff, housekeeping, and technical teams to ensure seamless operations, exemplifying exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper recording of customer data, upholding the highest standards of data protection and integrity.
