About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service and is skilled in handling multiple tasks simultaneously. As a Front Desk Liaison, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing support to customers, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and registering them efficiently through facial recognition
  • Managing keys, including issue, return, and accounting on a daily basis
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to enquiries, and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintaining accurate visitor records according to PDPA requirements
  • Assisting with queue management and crowd control as needed
  • Preparedness to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to changes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Basic IT skills and familiarity with common software
  • WSQ certification in customer service is an advantage
