As a Reconciliation Associate at DBS Bank Limited, your key responsibilities will include:
  • To have a deep understanding of Nostro reconciliation processes and principles, including all relevant procedures and systems.
  • Ensure that daily Service Level Agreements are met, and reconciliation breaks are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Act as the central point of contact for BAU escalations, nostro reconciliation inquiries, and break resolution, ensuring prompt responses and issue resolution.
  • To proactively engage with stakeholders on nostro reconciliation matters, providing support whenever required.
  • To collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop auto-matching rules, enhancing nostro reconciliation automation.
  • Drive innovation and process standardization by re-engineering nostro reconciliation and investigation processes to improve controls.
  • Participate in new business initiatives discussions, assess requirements, raise potential risks, and formulate action plans for resolution.
  • Manage the monthly General Ledger Attestation (GLAO) ownership process.
  • Support ad-hoc projects when necessary.
