Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Part of the IT infrastructure-network team to provide operation support and project implementation
- Responsible for company-wide network security
- Providing technical support in network related projects, installation and setup of networking systems within project timeline and scope
- Maintaining network and server performances by monitoring, analyzing and performance tuning.
- Ensure server and data backups are performed as per work instructions
- Support in disaster recovery and business continuity planning exercises
- Provide Level 3 support for users and local and regional IT Teams
- Ensuring compliance to IT policy and procedures and IT audit requirements

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of hand on experiences in network design and server implementation and support
- In-depth understanding of TCP/IP protocols and Data Center network architecture and services
- In-depth knowledge in setup and configuration of servers, windows operating systems, hyper-visor, network storage, Active Directory and DNS
- Proficient with Cisco Systems, Meraki and Fortinet would be an advantage
- Knowledgeable in VLAN, WLAN, SDWAN, MPLS, VPN, WIFI, internet and network security
- Ability to troubleshoot network / server issues.
