**YOUR ROLE**:
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Resources Management**
- Liaise and coordinate with the Hives to provide resourcing options.
- Making sure all consultants have work allocated (clients and internal tasks alike)
- Keeping the Nest number under the average threshold of a maximum of 10 consultants per month.
- Own the resource management process (Entry, exit, notifications, report, SLAs)
- Ensure accuracy of resourcing data.
- Share the Nest updates during relevant ceremonies.
- Optimise the allocation of resources balancing project demands and pipeline.
- Point of contact for any contractors and or freelancers.
- Is the single point of contact for staffing/resourcing requests from other PALO IT offices.
**Delivery**
- Involved in Presales through estimations and team set-up review.
- Scope-based SOW review and validation
- Oversee the delivery of scope-based projects.
- Be able to steer project at risk in the right direction based on project constraints.
- Ensure delivery model is being used.
**Metrics***
- Nest number: 10 Palowans and below
- Staffing rate = Billing rate
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- You have strong communication skills to engage/drive discussions with senior stakeholders and to facilitate interactions with all parties and individual team members.
- You have 8 or more years in a senior role in a field related to our industry
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Ability to streamline or implement structure that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demand
- You have the knowledge and skills on servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
