We are seeking an HR Executive to join our team in Tampines. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular compensation and benefits benchmarking and market analysis to ensure market and industry competitiveness.
The HR Executive will also be responsible for ensuring that compensation practices are in compliance with progressive wage model, managing medical, health insurance, work injury compensation, leave administration etc., submitting Government-Paid leaves such as Maternity, Paternity, and childcare leave as required, supporting performance appraisal exercise, and administering reward distribution.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR functions and a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
The selected candidate will possess high attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
