We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our business development efforts in the medical solutions industry within the West region.

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential clients showcasing the features and benefits of our medical solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts with clients, and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market.
  • Attend industry trade shows and exhibitions to network and generate leads.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our revenue.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles within the medical solutions industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical solutions and the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivation and drive to achieve business growth.
  • Willingness to travel within the West region for client meetings and industry events.
