**Job Title:** IT Product Specialist

About the Role

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to develop in-depth understanding of our medical IT products and solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical product demonstrations and trainings to customers, as well as offering pre-sales support by assisting with product configuration, pricing, and proposals.

Additionally, they will collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, respond to customer inquiries, and troubleshoot any technical issues efficiently.

To stay ahead of the competition, the ideal candidate should have a strong passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Knowledge: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical sales or product specialist role, preferably in the medical/healthcare sector
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with medical IT software, hardware, and regulatory requirements
