Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong connections with existing clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our medical solutions.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Promote sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings, effectively positioning our products and services in the market.
- Attend industry trade shows and exhibitions to network and generate leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in business development or sales roles within the medical solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of medical solutions and the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve business growth.
- Willingness to travel within the West region for client meetings and industry events.
