IT Product Specialist Job Description

The IT Product Specialist role is responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of our medical IT products and solutions. This involves providing technical product demonstrations and trainings to customers, as well as offering pre-sales support by assisting with product configuration, pricing, and proposals.

This position requires collaboration with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, respond to customer inquiries, and troubleshoot any technical issues efficiently.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Additionally, strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical sales or product specialist role, preferably in the medical/healthcare sector
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
