Administrative Coordinator

We are an IT support group committed to providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support, and we are looking for a skilled Administrative Support professional to join our ranks.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and meetings with course leads and other departments.
- Manage information - data entry, track deadlines, update records, and upload documents to central repositories.
- Assist in hiring staff - schedule interviews, manage arrangements, contact candidates, and retrieve documents.
- Logistics - administer staff passes, coordinate with stakeholders, arrange for card programming, and distribute cards.
- Manage classroom booking - retrieve timetables, book venues, inform stakeholders.
- Provide logistical support to Associate Trainers onsite during training days.
- Teaching claims processing - aid in teaching claim submission, remind course leads, retrieve confirmed timesheets, and check hours with timetables.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, organization, time management, basic financial support, and event/project coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
