Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily client operations, providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Supervise and support frontline staff, including rostering and performance management.
  • Manage first-level customer escalations and ensure that all concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Review feedback to identify service gaps and implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on service metrics and audits, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in contact centre environments with a proven track record of success.
  • At least 2 years of experience in team supervision or ground staff management, preferably in a fast-paced or client-facing role.
  • Proven experience handling first-level customer feedback and escalations, with a strong focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience meeting and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
