We are seeking a seasoned Media Director to lead our team in delivering best-in-class marketing and digital solutions to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic media planning and execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing media strategies that meet client objectives and drive business results.
  • Leading a team of media planners and buyers to deliver award-winning campaigns and meet revenue growth targets.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing and media solutions.
  • Managing partnerships with key media partners, content publishers, and influencers to create and deliver effective social and content campaigns.
  • Overseeing campaign activation and ensuring client objectives are met.
  • Resolving campaign issues in a timely and productive manner and identifying process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in social, media, ad agencies, or digital consultancy companies, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven experience in leading demand generation programs and delivering measurable results for B2C.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, KOL & community handling, and events management.
  • Proficient in English speaking and written language.
