The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing various logistics and freight operations, ensuring seamless delivery of shipments and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with air operations teams and vendors to ensure timely and efficient processing of shipments.
  • Handle urgent deliveries and collections, prioritizing tasks to meet customer expectations.
  • Process shipments from assigned network offices and handover to delivery agents for last-mile delivery.
  • Coordinate with origin, customers, and delivery agents to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Perform data entry and ensure all shipments are delivered as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate with vendors and in-house delivery teams to ensure efficient logistics operations.
  • Execute AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shipments and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Relevant working experience in the freight or courier industry is preferred.
  • Diploma in Logistics or a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Class 3 driving license is required.
  • Training will be provided to ensure the candidate's success in the role.
