Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our community clinics, including front counter services, administrative and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of community clinics, including front counter services and administrative matters.
  • Requisite, control and maintain good utilization of consumables, hearing aid stocks and office supplies.
  • Assist in scheduling of patients' appointments using systems.
  • Work with optometrists to ensure a positive experience for patients and devise innovative ideas to improve care delivery.
  • Responsible for ensuring that community clinics are patient-friendly, safe and well-maintained.
  • Triage and assess patients referred from specialist outpatient clinics for follow-up at community eye clinics.
  • Assess patients' readiness and interest in follow-up care and prioritize care needs.
  • Work in partnership with patients and families to provide services and options available.
  • Document plans and triage outcomes timely and accurately in relevant systems.
  • Maintain database for all patients seen during triage.
  • Develop photo images for clinical examination.
  • Assist optometrists in carrying out procedures and investigations.
  • Document images upon completion of assessment in electronic medical records system.
  • Attend to ad-hoc assignments assigned by Reporting Officer.
  • Assist in scheduling patient appointments and confirming attendance.
  • Attend to email and telephone inquiries from patients.
Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma in any relevant field.
  • No experience required, as training will be provided.
