We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Client Support Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with DBS's DCE clients, including corporate and professional retail clients, to provide support on futures trading systems, trading limits, post-trade services, and account queries. Your key responsibilities will include managing client communications via different channels, risk monitoring, regulatory compliance, and understanding Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally, you will coordinate process improvements and automation, participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years of experience in the financial markets and trading products, especially futures and commodities. Good knowledge of front-end technology platforms, such as CQG and FIS UBIX, would be a plus. Previous client-facing experience, especially in troubleshooting and problem-solving, would be preferred. Self-starter with good communication skills and enjoys working and collaborating with various stakeholders and personalities.
