Job Description
As a MSB Reliability Lab Process Technician, you will support quality improvement activities and ramp new technologies while focusing on cost-effective manufacturing. You will collaborate with Process Engineers across all technologies to analyze, execute, and implement process changes, set up operational procedures, and conduct training for the Operation team.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Familiarize yourself with reliability process procedure.
  • Assist in evaluating and improving processes, materials, and equipment.
  • Identify, investigate, and document process deviations.
  • Solve process deviations using systematic fixing techniques.
  • Determine the best course of action for process problems.
  • Assist engineers with process developments.
  • Monitor metrics associated with process capability and robustness.
  • Support the development and improvement of processes, equipment, and materials.
  • Conduct experiments (DOE) and summarize data collected under proper documentation and presentation materials.
  • Understand factors impacting process quality and propose solutions.
  • Understand process limits and capabilities (CpK) and support process improvement evaluations.
  • Implement New Processes and Process Changes to Operations.
  • Maintain operation procedures and specifications.
  • Coordinate and conduct training for the Operation team on operation procedures.
  • Complete daily requests with compliance to JEDEC standards for Reliability Process.
  • Purchase requests for processes, equipment, and materials.
