Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Optimization Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for formulating revenue management strategies, developing pricing, and setting up revenue management systems.
- The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends and drive revenue growth through effective pricing and yield management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive achievement of room rate optimization, yield, and conversion targets.
- Formulate revenue strategies by monitoring and analyzing occupancy, managing overbookings, tracking promotional offers, and other related data points.
- Lead revenue meetings, generating reports and analyses needed for these meetings.
- Manage all third-party distributors to ensure compliance with our resort's standards and rules.
- Provide guidance and upskill our Reservations and Front Office on sales and marketing competencies.
- Prepare and complete regular and ad-hoc reports, taking on special projects, including market and business analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or full professional qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 7-10 years' experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies, preferably in a similar capacity and in prime cities in hotels of similar standards.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
