A key role exists within our revenue management team for a highly motivated individual to contribute to the growth and success of our serviced residences and hotels in Singapore.

  • Working closely with property/cluster-level teams, you will play a crucial part in maximizing revenue and profitability through strategic evaluation of business opportunities, market segments, and rate/inventory management.
  • You will utilize data-driven insights to optimize yield via proactive inventory and rate management across all properties.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor booking performance; implement tactical promotions and online channel activations to cover shortfalls.
  • Manage OTA and brand website content, rates, and availability aligned with revenue strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand periods to inform strategies.
  • Develop initiatives to digitize revenue management processes for improved decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Hospitality Revenue/Yield Management or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in revenue management.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting and analysis principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, automated systems, and revenue management software.
