Job Title: Senior Revenue Growth Professional
">About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Growth Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth and maximizing profits for our hotels.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage room inventory to optimize cluster rooms revenue
- Maintain transient rooms inventory for the hotel(s) and focus on maximizing transient revenue
- Release group rooms back into general inventory and ensure clean booking windows for customers
Working with the Sales Team:
">You will work closely with our sales team to implement effective sales strategies in the reservation system and inventory system. Your primary goal is to increase market share for all properties by refining sales strategies and analyzing period-end data to identify trends and obstacles to achieving goals.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- Strong analytical skills and ability to compile information, analyze data, and make recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
