Job Description

This role is focused on ensuring the smooth importation of goods into Singapore, requiring a strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and process incoming pre-alerts and shipping manifests using in-house systems.
  • Prepare, submit, and manage Customs permits (e.g., TradeNet declarations, GST payments, refunds/cancellations).
  • Liaise with Singapore Customs and relevant agencies for regulatory compliance.
  • Print and maintain records of clearance documents for audits.
Operational Coordination
  • Notify internal teams (Warehouse, Customer Service) and consignees on shipment status (hold/release, GST notifications).
Requirements
