Job Title: Import Logistics Coordinator

About This Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Import Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our import operations, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating import shipments from sea and air.

You will work closely with customers and agents to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation, meeting customer requirements and facilitating smooth import processes.

Data entry tasks will also be performed to support the import documentation process, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Management: Ensure all import documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulations.
  • Customer Liaison and Support: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and communicating effectively via email or phone.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Perform data entry tasks to support the import documentation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Freight Coordination and Logistics: Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient import operations.
