**Import and Export Logistic Coordinator/Logistic Executive

By maintaining efficient logistics operations, the Import and Export Logistics Coordinator/Logistics Executive plays a critical role in ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods, contributing to the overall success of the company.

**Job Responsibilities ：**

**Documentation Management**:

- Prepare, manage, and verify import and export-related documents, including letters of credit.
- Collect, organize, and process various documents such as delivery notes, orders, and bills of lading.
- Perform basic data entry and ensure proper archiving of all documents.

**Shipment Tracking and Coordination**:

- Track the delivery status of each shipment and compile related data.
- Coordinate with freight forwarding companies for timely container loading and warehouse delivery.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with all relevant parties, including sales staff, customers, and freight forwarders.

**Order and Logistics Management**:

- Confirm and verify packaging information based on the orders signed by the operation personnel.
- Follow up on subsequent inventories, booking, shipping, and document negotiation to ensure smooth operations.

**Coordination and Support**:

- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among operation personnel, customers, and logistics service providers.
- Assist in solving any issues that arise during the import and export process.

**Cost Control**:

- Monitor and control expenses related to logistics, customs clearance, and other operational costs.
- Ensure cost-effective logistics solutions without compromising on service quality.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure all import and export activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Keep updated with changes in trade regulations and ensure the company’s compliance.

**Miscellaneous Tasks**:

- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Operation Manager or/and General Manager to support the company’s logistics operations.
- Continuously seek ways to improve logistics processes and enhance efficiency.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, business, marketing or equivalent with minimum 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Understanding of the import and export process and dynamics.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English & Mandarin.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Outgoing personality, highly motivated and independent individual.
- Competency in computers, Microsoft office, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
