Job Summary: Seeking a customer-oriented Import/Export Shop Coordinator to oversee shop operations, handle incoming items for shipment, and assist customers with import collections. This is a shift-based role, covering the shop's opening hours, including weekends and public holidays.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Shop Operations: Maintain shop counter organization and cleanliness, ensuring efficient operations.

2. Incoming Items: Receive, inspect, and securely store items for shipment. Complete necessary documentation.

3. Import Collections: Provide excellent customer service, assist customers with import collections, and address inquiries.

4. Import/Export Coordination: Coordinate logistics with service providers, track shipments, and update customers on order status.

5. Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate records of shipments, customer interactions, and compliance with regulations.

6. Shift Coverage: Work in shifts to cover the shop's opening hours, including weekends and public holidays.

**Requirements**:

- Previous shop or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of import/export logistics and documentation is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle customer inquiries and issues.
- Integrity and professionalism in handling customer information.
- Dealing with Myanmar Import/Export Partners and Customers, preferably able to speak Myanmar(Burmese) Language.
