Job Summary
We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to coordinate export and import logistics activities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate export and import shipments with carriers, customers, and vendors
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any operational issues
• Correspond with suppliers regarding delivery status
• Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and transactions

Requirements:
• Knowledge of import and export procedures is an advantage
• Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics is desirable
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
