Job Summary

The Senior Logistics Specialist - Warehouse and Cold Chain Management is responsible for executing general warehouse operations and activities. He/She performs warehouse operations in adherence to procedures, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of goods and equipment.

Job Function

Warehouse & Cold Chain Management

Responsibilities
  • Participate in a value-based culture and a culture of accountability.
  • Adhere to governance, compliance, and reporting processes.
  • Support incident or crisis management initiatives.
  • Perform continuous improvement activities and document business requirements.
  • Ensure safety and health compliance, including risk assessments and incident reporting.
  • Support technology projects and apply latest technology to improve operations.
  • Coordinate warehousing activities, cargo handling, stock control, and security operations.
  • Handle dangerous goods and time/temperature-sensitive cargo according to methods and techniques.
Job Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Relevant warehouse experience.
  • Ability to lift and move packages.
  • Good team player, able to work independently and in teams.
  • Forklift license preferred.
  • Singaporean only.
Qualifications & Experience
  • GCE N/O Levels / NITEC.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
