- Ensure efficient and timely preparation for 3rd party collection and delivery of stock, marketing items and trade materials to boutiques, retailers and events.
- Coordinate the logistics fieldwork including receiving of general cargo and arrange accordingly to need. Perform stock in and out according to movement.
- Coordinate with forwarder on warehouse storage processes.
- Ordering of relevant materials, arranging with 3rd party for collection and delivery.
- Perform weekly/ monthly stock count and ensure accuracy of inventory.

**Requirements**:
