We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Associate. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate packing and dispatch of daily production runs to stores.
Key Responsibilities- Packing and dispatch of orders to meet daily production targets
- Managing order fulfillment processes for Same Day Orders, Advance Orders, third party orders, and PV Foods orders
- Assisting in resolving order fulfillment-related issues
- Helping to reduce wastage of order fulfillment-related inventory
- 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary
- Good work ethics, initiative, and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Hourly pay rates: $11 on weekdays & weekends / $14 on public holidays
