  • Coordinate financing programs, overseeing the successful implementation of regional financing initiatives including data reconciliation and customer onboarding to financier platforms.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by championing and supporting special projects and digitalization efforts aimed at improving the efficiency of all financing programs.
  • Review credit policies, contributing to the review and refinement of credit policies for relevant businesses as part of implementing and optimizing financing programs.
Requirements
  • Advanced Financial Expertise: A Bachelor's degree or similar in business administration, finance or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in finance within an international company or financial institution.
  • Comprehensive Financing Knowledge: Deep knowledge of various financing products and instruments including project/structured debt, equity, credit insurance and supply chain financing.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Understanding of the projects, products and solutions within Siemens' markets including key players, market dynamics and sales processes.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinker: Strong analytical and strategic skills capable of driving results in fast-paced, deadline-oriented and changing environments.
  • Exceptional Communication & Negotiation: Effective communication and negotiation with a wide variety of internal and external partners at a management level.
  • Southeast Asia Market Expertise: Proven knowledge of the Southeast Asia region and its unique financing specifics.
