Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth in Southeast Asia.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our solutions across the region.
  • Meet defined revenue targets and client acquisition goals aligned with our regional expansion objectives.
  • IDentify and cultivate relationships with key intermediaries such as asset managers, legal advisors, family offices, and immigration consultants.
  • Present and promote a comprehensive suite of solutions tailored to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business acquisition and client onboarding.
  • Represent us at industry events, client briefings, and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay informed on market developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activity relevant to the region.

The ideal candidate will have a degree and 5+ years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or relationship management preferably within private banking, insurance, or trust services. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively build relationships and navigate client conversations. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience working with high net worth clients and their advisors will be highly valued.

Requirements
  • Degree education
