Business Development Executive
The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive business growth in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships and driving new business within the Trust, Insurance, and Family Governance space.

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow our trust, insurance, and family office solutions across Southeast Asia.
  • Meet defined revenue and client acquisition targets in line with our regional expansion goals.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with intermediaries such as external asset managers, legal and tax advisors, family offices, and immigration consultants.
  • Present and promote a comprehensive suite of solutions tailored to the needs of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, product, and operations to support business acquisition and client onboarding.
  • Represent us at industry events, client briefings, and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay informed on market developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activity relevant to the region.

The ideal candidate will be degree educated with 5+ years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably within private banking, insurance, or trust services. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively build relationships and navigate client conversations. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, a commercial mindset, and the initiative to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience working with high net worth clients and their advisors will be highly regarded.
