Job Title: Technical Support SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop and helpdesk support, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support for end-user issues related to Windows/macOS, Office 365, VPN, printers, and peripherals.
  • Handle ticket logging, troubleshooting, and escalation to L2/L3 when necessary.
  • Perform PC/Mac setup, imaging, and user onboarding/offboarding.
  • Manage basic AD/Azure AD tasks, including password resets and access requests.
  • Support meeting rooms, connectivity, and hardware inventory.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in desktop/helpdesk support.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Office 365, and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with AD/Azure AD, VPN, MFA, and ITSM tools.
  • Ability to roam and provide hands-on support at different office areas.
