Desktop Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with computer hardware and software, as well as excellent communication skills.

  • This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to walk-in customers, existing orders, and customers who require off-site assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the installation and setup of desktop computer hardware and software
  • Perform PC setup and troubleshooting
  • Attend to customers and handle enquiries and feedback
  • Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems for end users

Requirements:

  • Ability to handle heavy equipment and desktop builds
  • Intermediate to advanced computer component knowledge
  • Prior computer/systems building experience is a plus
  • Keen attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities

A proactive team player with good attitude and communication skills is required for this role.
